K2 Lembeh Dive Resort is making an arrangement with the only high school on Lembeh Island to provide interaction for our guests with some chosen students.

• The objective is to provide an avenue for students who are good in English to interact with foreign guests, for cultural and personal sharing.

• If you like, be prepared to share a topic that is close to your heart, general guideline is to be within the scope of culture in your country, environmental matters, scuba diving, what attracted you to Lembeh (so the students are aware that they are living in a special place and learn to treasure this slice of paradise), etc, for about 30 min.  If you can prepare a slide show (not a necessary item) that would be fantastic, but you should have a topic in mind. 

• During the session, ample time will be provided for in-person interaction, and the guests can also ask the student about their lives, aspiration, hobby, etc.

• We may also ask the students to prepare a slide show on life in Lembeh, or economic activities of Lembeh, festivals, cultural snippets, etc, to show our guests, if that is desired (i.e. the students will present to the guests).

• We will charge a small handling fee to make the arrangements and prepare some small refreshment.  The guests are encouraged to make a small donation to the school.

• Please arrange with us prior to arrival at K2 Lembeh Dive Resort to allow us time to make arrangements and coordinate with the school.

• This interaction can be arranged during the no-dive surface interval day so it will not affect your diving schedule.
